लोसर 25 का मतलब नया साल होता है। अरुणाचल प्रदेश के तवांग जिले में मुख्यतः मुनाफा जनजाति का सालाना उत्सव है। मुनाफा जनजाति के लोग इस त्यौहार की तैयारियां दिसंबर से ही शुरू कर देते हैं।
जोहार 24 से 26 फरवरी तक मनाया जाता है। लोसर फेस्टिवल में लोग घर की साफ सफाई करते हैं नए कपड़े खरीदते हैं। तथा खाने-पीने का सामान इकट्ठा करते हैं। यह त्यौहार तीन दिनों तक चलता है।
पहले दिन लोग अपने घर वालों के साथ ही इसे मनाते हैं और घर में ही खाते पीते हैं तथा विभिन्न तरह के खेल खेलते हैं।
दूसरे दिन लोग एक दूसरे के घर जाते हैं। और नए साल की बधाई देते हैं तथा तीसरे दिन 3 अप्रैल लगाई जाती हैं।
इस फेस्टिवल की शुरुआत सबसे पहले दिया जलाकर की जाती है। इसके बाद प्रिय फ्लैक्को बांधा जाता है इस त्यौहार की मुख्य विशेषता है छम नृत्य।
जिस समय इनफ्लेक्स को ऊपर किया जाता है। उस समय फ्लोर को हाथ में लेकर लोग जोर जोर से बोलते हैं लहास उल्लू की की सोचोगे लो जिसका मतलब होता है। भगवान की जीत हो फिर फ्लोर को आसमान की तरह उछलते हैं इसके बाद तवांग जिले के विभिन्न नृत्य प्रस्तुत किए जाते हैं नृत्य कार्यक्रम के बीच में ही डिस्ट्रिक्ट तथा राइस बियर शर्म की जाती है।
इसके अलावा अन्य वेजीटेरियन फूड भी इसमें शामिल किए जाते हैं जिसमें मर्डर तथा पनीर शामिल रहती है।

Losar 25 means new year. It is an annual festival mainly of Profet tribe in Tawang district of Arunachal Pradesh. The people of Profite tribe start preparations for this festival from December itself.
Johar is celebrated from 24 to 26 February. In Losar festival, people clean the house and buy new clothes. And collect food and drink. This festival lasts for three days.
On the first day, people celebrate it with their family members and eat and drink at home and play different types of games.
On the second day people go to each other's house. And congratulate on the new year and on the third day, April 3 is imposed.
The festival is first started by lighting a lamp. After this the beloved flaco is tied. The main feature of this festival is Chham dance.
When the inflex is turned up. At that time people take the floor in their hands and say loudly, think of Lahas Ullu Ki, which means. May God win, then the floor jumps like the sky, after this various dances of Tawang district are presented, in the middle of the dance program, the district and Rice Bear are shamed.
